Premier Accounts are for members who have a high transaction volume, need to accept credit card payments. Premier Accounts include all of Paypal's Core Features, as well as the Premium Features (see below). Premier Accounts may operate under an individual name.

The advantage of having Premium or Business account is that Paypal account holders in INDIA can withdraw a maximum of $2500 per month and can have unlimited amount transfer to other Paypal accounts.

Now Paypal has added the option to withdraw the amount balance to your Bank account in India. If you do more than $2500 transactions per month, you could ask their support team to increase your account limit. It could be increased to $25000 per month to unlimited amount per month.
